Our first conversation is about your lifestyle, your aesthetic and you. We move toward a direction that is both attractive and beneficial for you, planning the core concepts of what can be modified and what should stay.
Initial Design Consultation
We spend time getting to know you, discussing the details and specifications of your project and beginning the design process. This initial consultation helps you focus and build a design plan around your needs, and it is important to us to answer every question about the changes you want.
Design
We discuss the design with you to understand exactly what you are thinking, then offer several directions and review related plans. Our team builds a personalized catalog full of objects, art, finishes and furnishings within your budget. At each meeting we refine the ideas and make choices that give momentum to the process.
Budget & Process Tracking
Based on your choices we finalize your catalog and provide an expert spreadsheet that lets you check costs for every outlay. It allows you to monitor both your work progress and your budget with full transparency.
Execution
Based in Brooklyn, NY, we give you access to established construction services and products. With the catalog and budget in hand we place orders for furnishings and select craftsmen and contractors as required. We administer installations and renovations, make sure every item is delivered as defined, and finally install your artwork, furniture and accessories for that complete look.
